What changed

• Restores the visible URLStrip app icon in the final packaged app.
• Restores the unified Advanced Updates sections for app, rule, and Privacy Services catalog updates.
• Adds fail-closed release checks for the packaged icon and update-screen composition.
• Preserves URLStrip 1.3.2 Amazon short-link support, Safari extension, and optional command-line tool.

macOS only

Windows remains on URLStrip 1.3.2 Build 28 with no artifact or checksum change.

The desktop updater currently has one shared build number for macOS and Windows. Build 29 is therefore not offered through in-app update checks. Existing macOS users must download this correction directly.
